Free In-Store Returns

You can return your order to any of our stores free of charge. Find your nearest store here.

AN POST

To return an item to us with An Post, visit https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns - no account is required.

Option 1: Drop to the Post Office

Follow the simple instructions to print out your returns label (€4.95 payable direct to An Post) and then drop into any An Post office to return your item. 

Option 2: An Post collect from your door

An Post can collect your return directly from your home or work address. Using this service carries a charge of €4.95 payable direct to An Post when booking your return. Note: with this option you don't need to print a label!

UK & WORLDWIDE RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

For the 2024 holiday season, items bought between November 1 and December 25, 2024, are eligible for returns until January 31, 2025

We are happy to accept items returned to us within 30 days, in resalable condition. We will refund your payment method for the order, once the items are received and processed. Items returned to us after that date will be eligible for an exchange/credit.

Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the discretion of Louis Copeland & Sons Limited, and may only be refunded as a credit against a future purchase.

Items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. We can not refund or exchange any altered or personalised items. They must be in an unused and perfectly sale-able condition. Louis Copeland & Sons Limited reserves the right to refuse a return if it’s determined that an item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than being 'faulty'.

When returning a product

We strongly recommend that customers check their orders upon receipt, prior to disposing of any packaging and use the same packaging for the return. Please package your return securely. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary. We will only refund deliver/postage costs if the return is determined as 'faulty' or as a result of our error.

We will inspect all items returned to us as 'faulty', and any items deemed to be subject to fair ‘wear and tear’ will not be accepted as 'faulty'. Return delivery costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our offices. We recommend that you use a reputable courier service or choose the registered post option.
