Das Obermaterial aus italienischem Kalbsleder wird sorgfältig ausgewählt, zugeschnitten und maschinell genäht, bevor es auf den Leisten montiert wird. Sobald die hochdichte Gummisohle ausgerichtet und verklebt ist, wird sie rundum mit dem Obermaterial aus Leder vernäht. Das Obermaterial wird dann chemisch behandelt und für den Endbearbeitungsprozess vorbereitet. Nach der Vorbereitung werden die Schuhe an einen spezialisierten Kunsthandwerker geschickt, wo sie mit einer reichhaltigen Schuhcreme überzogen werden. Jede Schicht wird auf Hochglanz poliert, bevor die nächste aufgetragen wird. Wenn sie fertig sind, wird der Leisten entfernt, ein Fußbett aus Kalbsleder und gewachste Baumwollschnürsenkel hinzugefügt, bevor eine abschließende Qualitätskontrolle durchgeführt wird. Nach der Freigabe werden sie sorgfältig verpackt und in unsere hochwertigen Louis Copeland-Schuhkartons verpackt, zusammen mit einem Markenschuhbeutel aus Baumwolle zur Nachsorge.
